Rates

I offer affordable and competitive rates which are in line with the CIEP’s recommended rates.

The exact rate charged will depend on the nature of the project and the level of editing required. In general, copy-editing demands higher rates than proofreading as it is more lengthy and involved. I will always discuss my charges with you before any work is undertaken, and you are welcome to contact me for a quotation. Please note that I may charge higher rates for any urgent work.

Student discounts

Discounts may be available to students, depending on the type of work required. Please get in touch to find out about my student rates.

Terms and conditions

I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. Payment is usually due within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Please note that students and non-UK residents may be asked for a deposit before any work is undertaken.

Needless to say, I treat all work confidentially, and I use up-to-date antivirus software on all electronic files. I follow the CIEP’s Code of Practice in all my work.
