• Any deadlines involved
• The level of editing you require (e.g. a thorough or light edit, or a simple proofread) – if you’re not sure, just ask and I’ll be happy to discuss this with you
• The type of material involved (e.g. thesis, book, report) and subject matter
• Any other important details about the project, or any additional requirements
